LOUISIANA Crawfish, Crab & Shrimp Boil is a concentrated blend of traditional spices packaged for large-scale boiling. Nothing to mix—just pour and boil. Yield guidance: 1 lb seasoning will prepare 15 lbs shrimp, 2 dozen crabs, or 10 lbs crawfish. A 25 lb box prepares 375 lbs shrimp, 50 dozen crabs, or 250 lbs crawfish; a 50 lb box prepares 750 lbs shrimp, 100 dozen crabs, or 500 lbs crawfish.

Cooking Directions

Using just enough water to cover seafood, bring seasoning and water to a rolling boil. Add seafood and return to a rolling boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand in liquid for 25 minutes. The longer seafood stands, the spicier it will be. To reduce strength, add more water.
