Preparation
- Crawfish or Shrimp: Use 1 Tbsp. per 5 pounds of seafood (5 fl. oz. per 50 pounds). Cover seafood completely with water, bring to a rolling boil, add seafood, return to boil, then boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let soak 20 minutes; longer soak increases spiciness.
- Crabs: Use 1 Tbsp. Boil and 5 Tbsp. salt per dozen crabs.
- Variation: Add more boil for extra spicy flavor to suit individual taste.
This gallon-sized pure liquid concentrate is tailored for flexible seasoning of crawfish, crab, and shrimp boils.
