- In a 10-quart pot, whisk bisque mix with 3 cups heavy cream, 2 cups water and 15 oz creamed corn (optional). Bring to a boil, add 1 lb seafood (shrimp, crab, crawfish, lobster or white fish). Reduce heat to low and simmer 25 minutes. Let set 5 minutes before serving.
