Premium Turducken Roll with Creole Pork & Cornbread Dressing — 2 x 4 lb

Two 4 lb boneless Turducken rolls featuring a turkey breast layered with duck and chicken, stuffed with Creole pork sausage and cornbread dressing. Product is vacuum sealed and shipped frozen.

Thawing guidance: thaw 24–48 hours in refrigerator for best results; rapid thaw by submerging vacuum bag in cool water for 6–9 hours.

Cooking suggestion: to retain moisture, brown roll prior to cooking. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove from bag, place skin side down in pan with 3/4–1 cup water, cover with foil and bake 1 hour 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake uncovered 15 minutes more; baste as needed. Internal temperature must reach 165°F. Optional: cook in a browning bag for juicier results.

Slicing: allow to cool 20 minutes, remove netting, then slice. Contains pork in cornbread stuffing. Allergens: wheat, milk, soy.
