2 - 4.5 lb Turducken Rolls stuffed with Wild Rice Pecan. Each roll is a boneless turkey breast layered with duck and chicken and filled with wild rice and pecans. The premium turducken roll is frozen in a vacuum-sealed bag.

Product description
Thawing
Keep product frozen until ready. Thaw in refrigerator approximately 24 hours prior to cooking. Quick thaw: leave wrapper on and place in cold water for 6–8 hours.
Cooking Instructions
- Remove plastic bag; netting stays in place. Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place thawed roll in a non-stick or oiled roasting pan, cover with foil and bake about 2 hours.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 15–20 minutes or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Baste with butter to keep moist.
- Let stand 10–15 minutes, remove netting, carve and serve.
ALLERGENS: MILK, SOY, PECANS. Gluten Free.
Slicing: Allow to cool 20 minutes to seal in juices before slicing.
