Storage & cooking

• Rinse sacks on arrival and store in cooler with drain open; keep cool with a sealed bag of ice on top.
• Purge: hose sack, empty into cooler or tub, sprinkle one 16 oz can table salt, cover with water 8–10 minutes, drain and repeat as needed.
• Boil: fill pot to cover, add seasoning, bring to rolling boil, add crawfish and boil 5 minutes, turn off heat and soak 20–25 minutes to taste.

Serves approximately 4–6 people. A 20% restocking fee applies to cancellations after an order is placed. Live shipments are restricted in certain states; boiled crawfish may be available where live shipments are not allowed.
