90 lbs Field Run Crawfish offers three sacks of medium-to-small field-run crawfish totaling approximately 90 pounds, intended for bulk orders and large gatherings. Product is shipped same day when caught and cleaned. Reusable seafood container and gel packs are included for cooling.
Shipping restrictions apply: no live crawfish to Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, or Minnesota (except boiled, with permit in MN). Oregon residents need a Crayfish Transport Permit from ODFW. Colorado residents may require a special import license. A 20% restocking fee applies to cancellations after order placement.

Keeping & Preparing
- Immediately hose down sacks on arrival and keep out of direct sunlight and heat.
- Place in a cooler with the drain open and cover with a sealed bag of ice until ready to boil.
- Purging: rinse, sprinkle one 16 oz can of salt per sack, soak 8–10 minutes, drain and repeat if desired.
- Boiling: fill pot with water, add seasoning, bring to rolling boil, add crawfish, boil ~5 minutes, then turn off heat and soak 15–25 minutes depending on spice preference.
