I ordered a few different gator meats to play with. Product came quick and still frozen solid. We started with the legs first to try them. Marinated for about six hours with McCormick grill masters baja citrus packs and used orange juice in place of the water it called for cooked them on the grill. And man o man I wish I would have ordered a larger pack or more of them we couldn't get enough full of flavor and meat was perfect pulled of the grill at about 165-170. Will definitely be ordering these again soon. Thank you cajun grocer you rock

A: I would say the best way to cook Alligator Legs would be to deep fry them. It is very similar to cooking chicken as well as the flavor. Yes you could air fry them.
