Receiving & Storage
Your kit arrives frozen and vacuum-sealed. Discard dry ice carefully (do not touch with bare skin). Place oysters in the freezer immediately or refrigerate if you plan to cook the same day. Can be stored in the freezer for up to six months.
Grilling Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high.
- Open vacuum bags, keep compound butter on each oyster; reform with a spoon if needed.
- Place shells directly on the grill and cook 5–6 minutes until butter is bubbly and oysters are cooked through.
Serve hot; a crusty French bread is suggested to mop up butter.
