Ingredients: Enriched medium grain rice (rice, thiamin (thiamine mononitrate), niacin, iron (ferric orthophosphate), and folic acid).
Cooking directions: Measure 2 cups water and bring to a boil; add 1 tablespoon butter or margarine and 1 teaspoon salt if desired. Stir in 1 cup rice, return to boil. Cover, lower heat and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender and water absorbed.
