I remember Gambino's from my childhood in Louisiana. I now live in San Francisco California and love the fact that these king cakes ship without icing on them. That way the icing doesn't get damaged, and my kids get to be part of the experience by decorating them.
I ordered one of these king cakes last year. I always liked Gambino's when I lived in New Orleans. It brought back so many memories of Mardi Gras.
