Cooking Directions: Place bag in a pot of cold water and bring to a rolling boil. Allow bag to boil for approximately 10-15 minutes or until contents reach 165 F. Open carefully and serve.

This is a fantastic etouffee. I added some extra crawfish and Slap Ya Momma seasoning as we like it on the spicy side. Served over rice and a fried catfish fillet. Awesome! Will reorder soon.
