Cajun Land Jalapeño Lime Boil Infusion is a 5 oz. pouch designed to add tart lime and steady jalapeño heat to your seafood boils. Add the infusion to the pot after cooking: shut off the fire, pour the pouch contents into the pot, and stir gently for one minute. Soak crawfish and crabs 15–30 minutes; soak shrimp 5–10 minutes, tasting periodically until desired flavor is reached. Continue stirring during soak to avoid overcooking. Cajun Land Boil Infusion Seasoning Mixes are formulated to boost the flavor of 7–10 gallons of seasoned water. Note: extending suggested soak times will result in more intense flavor.
