Add one tablespoon of Cajun Land Rockefeller Oyster & Seafood Seasoning Mix to a stick of melted butter. Spoon mixture over raw oysters in shell. (Continue stirring mixture while topping oysters.) Grill or broil oysters until plump and brown.
For all other seafood
Season to taste and prepare as desired.
