Cajun Original Shrimp Bites are bite-sized, golden-frying morsels designed for parties, catering and restaurant service. Keep frozen until ready to fry; do not thaw. For best results separate each bite in a single layer so they do not stick together. Skillet fry in 1–1/2" of oil, or deep fry at 350°F for about 3 minutes, or until golden brown with a steaming hot center. Avoid crowding the fryer—do not place too many frozen bites into hot oil so the oil temperature stays hot.
