Usage (example)
Typical recipe components include: 1½ lb boneless chicken (bite-sized) and/or cleaned shrimp, 1 lb smoked sausage (sliced), onions, celery, bell pepper, 4 cups chicken broth, 15 oz diced tomatoes, and 2 cups long-grain rice. Brown meats, sauté vegetables, return meats, add broth, tomatoes and seasoning mix, then add rice and simmer as directed. Stir in shrimp during the last 15 minutes if used.
