Charley G's Duck and Andouille Gumbo (28 oz) arrives fully prepared and ready to heat. For microwave heating: remove the bag from the plastic tub and place it in a microwave container. Cut several 1/2 inch slits on the top side of the bag to allow steam to escape. Microwave on high for 10 minutes (heating times may vary); check for even heating, open the bag, and serve.
