We ordered a bunch of boudin for Christmas, and I think the alligator was one of my favorites. Really good stuff and seasoned well.

My wife mixed the gator boudin with a rice mix (can’t remember which one) for a quick and easy meal. We both enjoyed it.

Grilled them with our Christmas dinner, just didn't buy enough!

Even though I have stomach issues with MSG in this, it was yummy

These were very fresh tasting. I cooked them as part of a pre-Thanksgiving dinner and they were a big hit.

I tried this by cutting open the casing, cooking what was inside a little bit, then added Tony Cachere's Dirty Rice Mix and let it simmer. It tasted great! Has the perfect amount of seasoning and not too overly spicy.
