Cooking Instructions
- Obtain at least 160°F internal temperature before eating.
- Microwave: wrap one link in a damp paper towel; heat 1 minute on high or to desired heat level.
- Steam: use about ½ inch of water to create steam; lower heat, place boudin in pot, cover and heat 2 minutes or until warm (do not submerge).
- BBQ Pit: roll in foil and heat on pit or place directly on grill until casing is crisp.
- Oven or skillet: heat slowly until skin becomes crisp.
