Cooking Instructions (Heat to at Least 160°F)
- Microwave: wrap one link in a damp paper towel and heat about one minute on high or until desired heat level.
- Steam: add about 1/2" water to pot, bring to steam, lower heat, place boudin in pot, cover and heat 2 minutes; do not submerge.
- BBQ Pit: roll in foil and heat on pit or place directly on grill until casing is crisp.
- Oven or skillet: heat slowly until skin becomes crisp.
