Comeaux's Pork Andouille is made from USDA pork that is coarsely ground, seasoned, marinated, stuffed in large sausage casing and hickory smoked. This fully cooked, naturally smoked andouille is a south Louisiana favorite for gumbos, red beans and rice, stews, pasta dishes, soups and jambalaya. A simple serving idea: slice 1/4" andouille, cover with a sweet barbecue sauce and heat to serve as a snack. Packaged as a 5 lb pack—just heat and serve.
