Heating & Serving
Obtain at least 160°F before eating. Heating methods include:
- Microwave: Wrap one link in a damp paper towel; heat for one minute on high or until desired temperature.
- Steam: Add about 1/2 inch of water to a pot; heat until steam forms, lower heat, place boudin in pot, cover and heat for 2 minutes. Do not submerge in water.
- BBQ Pit: Roll link in foil and heat on pit, or place directly on grill until casing is crisp.
- Oven or Skillet: Heat slowly until skin becomes crisp.
