Corn flour and seasoning blend for frying fish. Our own mix of seasonings and corn flour will batter 1–2 pounds of catfish. You will need an egg wash (4 eggs, ½ gallon milk, ¼ Cajun seasoning, all mixed together). First dip fish into the egg wash, then into the fish fry mix, then deep fry 4–5 minutes or until golden brown.
