Melt 4 oz. margarine or butter in a half steam table pan (10"x12"x2.5"). Combine 2 cups of milk with 1 bag (2 lbs) of cobbler mix and stir until smooth. Pour into half pan and top with 1 lb peaches or other fruit. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serves well with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
