ALFREDEAUX PASTA DINNER MIX Ingredients: 2-1/2 cups water 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine 1 pound of chicken, sausage or shrimp Steps: Brown 1 lb. precut (diced) chicken or sausage in a 2 quart saucepan. Stir in 2-1/2 cups water, 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine and Zatarain's Creole Garlic Pasta Dinner Mix. Bring to a boil. Stir, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Sauce will thicken as it stands. Stir before serving.

Instructions: PREP TIME: 5 minutes; COOK TIME: 30 minutes. YIELD: Makes 5 one–cup servings. YOU WILL NEED: 1 package Zatarain's® Alfredo Pasta Dinner Mix; 1 tablespoon butter; 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2–inch cubes; 1-3/4 cups milk; 1 cup water.DIRECTIONS: 1. Melt butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. 2. Stir in milk, water and Pasta Dinner Mix. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally. 3. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Sauce will thicken upon standing. Stir before serving.
