Mrs. Wheat's Mini Crab & Artichoke Pies
A flaky bite-sized empanada-shaped Cajun Mini Pastry Pie stuffed with Crab meat, diced Artichokes and Cream Cheese. A New Orleans favorite. Great as Appetizer, Catering item, hors d’oeuvre menu.

Cooking Instructions for 1oz. Pies
Deep Fry - at 350 degrees F for 3 minutes until golden brown.
Baking - Brush pie with olive oil, butter or egg wash and bake at 375 degrees F 20 - 25 minutes
