Stovetop Preparation
- In a 2‑quart saucepan bring 2 cups water and 1 tsp salt to a boil.
- Add 1 tbsp butter or margarine and stir in Konriko Artichoke Rice Mix.
- Cover, lower heat and simmer 30 minutes or until rice is tender and all water is absorbed.
Serving Suggestions
Makes about 3 cups serving. For added taste, after cooking stir in dried or fresh‑chopped artichoke bits. Serve hot, or chill and garnish with sliced hardboiled eggs, diced mushrooms, or chopped ripe Tabasco Spanish Olives.
