Konriko Crawfish, Shrimp & Crab Boil is a seasoned blend of peppers and spices formulated for boiling or steaming shellfish. This 1 lb. (454 g) canister seasons approximately 15 lbs. of shrimp, 10 lbs. of crawfish, or 2 dozen crabs.

Boiling Method
Place seafood in a basket in a large pot and fill water to top of seafood. Remove seafood and add basket and contents of this package. Bring to a rolling boil. Return seafood to pot and cover, bringing water back to a boil. Boil: crawfish 5 minutes, crabs 10 minutes, shrimp 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes. Drain and serve hot.
Steaming Method
Place 3 to 3-1/2 inches of water in pot. Do not add crab boil. Cover until steam appears, add full basket of seafood and reclose. When steam returns, time: shrimp 8–10 minutes; crawfish & crabs 10–12 minutes. For ice chest steaming: layer seafood and sprinkle Konriko until all seafood is in chest, cover and let stand 10–12 minutes. Seafood will stay hot up to five hours.
