Cooking directions
In a 2-quart saucepan bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add 3 tbsp butter or margarine and stir in the rice pilaf. Cover, lower heat and simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender and water absorbed. Makes about 3 cups.
