- 1 lb sliced smoked pork sausage or boiled andouille
- 6 pieces of chicken pan-fried in 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 lb boiled shrimp or 6 crabs (remove shells)
Preparation: In a 2-quart saucepan add KONRIKO Jambalaya Mix to 2 cups boiling water and 4 tablespoons tomato sauce. Stir in chosen meat or seafood, cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes or bake at 375°F for 45–50 minutes, stirring once or twice while cooking. Keep covered while cooking. Makes 6 servings.
