Storage & Cooking
Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator 48 hours prior to baking. Preheat oven to 350°F; remove plastic bag but keep netting, cover and bake ~2 hours, remove foil and bake 15–20 minutes until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let stand 10–15 minutes, remove netting, carve and serve. Follow safe handling instructions: keep refrigerated or frozen, thaw safely, keep raw poultry separate, cook thoroughly and refrigerate leftovers immediately.
