Follow package directions: fill pot with enough water to cover crawfish and bring to a boil; add half the bag of seafood boil to the water; add crawfish and bring to a rolling boil. Remove crawfish and pour into an ice chest; sprinkle with the remaining seafood boil, mix with a large spoon or paddle, close lid, open drain plug, elevate and let juice drain for 10 minutes.
