Preparation
Preheat oven to 375°F. In a saucepan melt 1/2 stick of butter or margarine (4 tablespoons) and pour into a 9" x 9" baking pan. Combine Cobbler Mix with 2/3 cup milk and mix until smooth. Pour batter into baking dish. Add a 16 oz. can of fruit, including syrup. Bake at 375°F for 40–45 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm; suggested with ice cream.
This package makes a great peach cobbler and is often referred to as Louisiana cobbler mix or Louisiana fruit cobbler mix.
