Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Melt 1/2 stick of butter or margarine (4 tablespoons) and pour into a 9" x 9" baking pan.
- Combine cobbler mix with 2/3 cup milk and mix until smooth. Pour batter into the baking dish.
- Add a 16 oz. can of fruit (peaches, blueberries or apples), including syrup.
- Bake at 375°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with ice cream if desired.
