Louisiana Fish Fry 10.58 oz Cobbler Mix — 24 Pack

Louisiana Fish Fry Cobbler Mix makes a classic fruit cobbler quickly and consistently. This pack contains 24 units of the 10.58 oz (300 g) mix so you can prepare multiple desserts for gatherings or retail use.

Preparation:

• Preheat oven to 375°F.
• In a saucepan melt 1/2 stick of butter or margarine (4 tablespoons) and pour into a 9" x 9" baking pan.
• Combine Cobbler Mix with 2/3 cup of milk and mix until smooth.
• Pour the batter into the baking dish and add a 16 oz. can of fruit (peaches, blueberries or apples), including syrup.
• Bake at 375°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve warm, traditionally with ice cream. Often referred to as Louisiana cobbler mix or Louisiana fruit cobbler mix.
