Cooking Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place a wire rack on a sprayed baking sheet. Moisten pork with beaten egg, press into coating mix on a plate to fully coat, discard remaining egg wash and coating. Place coated pork on the rack and bake until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 145°F. Cook time: about 20–30 minutes for boneless and bone-in pork.
