Preparation directions
Dissolve 5 tablespoons of Louisiana Chicken Fry in 1/2 cup water. Dip chicken in batter and roll chicken in dry Chicken Fry. Deep fry at 375°F until golden brown. Remove and place on paper towel to absorb excess oil.
