Cooking Directions
1. Mix 5 tbsp of LA Shrimp Fry Seafood Batter Mix in 1/2 cup water. Dip shrimp into batter.
2. Roll shrimp in remaining dry LA Shrimp Fry Seafood Batter Mix until coated.
3. Deep fry at 350°F until the coating is golden brown and shrimp reach a safe internal temperature.
As a guideline, a smaller 10 oz package of this mix coats approximately 3–4 lbs of seafood; follow the same method for oysters and vegetables.
