Simple frying directions
Heat cooking oil to 350°–375°F. Rinse and pat seafood or other items dry, then roll in LA Fish Fry Seafood Breading Mix until coated. Deep fry until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Drain on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
