Filling & Dough
- Filling: Crawfish, rice, onions, celery, green bell peppers, margarine (soybean oil, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, water, salt, vegetable mono and di-glycerides, vegetable lecithin, sodium benzoate added as a preservative, artificially flavored, colored with a beta-carotene, vitamin A palmitate added), corn starch, water, spices, salt, dehydrated parsley.
- Dough: Bleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron (reduced), thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin and folic acid, water, shortening (soybean oil, hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oils), dough conditioner, salt.
Preparation
- Deep Fry: 350°F for 3 minutes until golden brown.
- Bake: Brush with olive oil, butter or egg wash; bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes.
