Oyster Bienville Dressing arrives fully cooked and ready to heat and serve. This classic New Orleans-style preparation highlights oysters in a rich shrimp-based sauce designed for baking in shells or in a small casserole or au gratin dish.

Heating options are provided for convenience: place the frozen bag in boiling water and simmer at a low boil for 20 minutes, or transfer to a casserole dish, preheat the oven to 350°F and heat for 20 to 30 minutes or until hot.
