Thawing
For best results thaw 24–48 hours in a refrigerator. Rapid thaw: place in a clean trash can liner and submerge in cool water for 6–9 hours.
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Remove from bag. Brown roll before cooking to help retain moisture.
- Place roll skin side down in pan with 3/4–1 cup water; cover with foil.
- Bake 1 hour 45 minutes, remove foil and bake uncovered 15 minutes. Baste as needed. Internal temperature reaches 165°F. Optional: cook in a browning bag for juicier result.
Slicing: Let cool 20 minutes to seal juices, remove netting and slice. A turducken roll is boneless.
Contains pork in cornbread stuffing. ALLERGEN INFORMATION: Contains wheat, milk and soy.
