Thawing & Storage
- Thaw 24–48 hours in the refrigerator for best results.
- For rapid thaw, place in a clean trash-can liner and submerge in cool water 6–9 hours.
- Keep refrigerated or frozen until ready to use.
Cooking Directions
Keep frozen until ready. Thaw 48 hours in refrigerator prior to baking. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic bag (leave netting), place in a non-stick roasting pan, cover with foil and bake ~2 hours. Remove foil and bake 15–20 minutes more until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let stand 10–15 minutes, remove netting, slice and serve.
