Premium Turducken Roll with Wild Rice Pecan — 4.5 lb
Boneless turkey breast layered with duck and chicken, stuffed with wild rice and pecans. Product is frozen in a vacuum-sealed bag. Keep product frozen until ready to use.
Product description
Thawing & Quick Thaw
- Refrigerator thaw: thaw in refrigerator for approximately 24 hours prior to cooking.
- Rapid thaw: place in a clean trash can liner and submerge in cool water for 6–9 hours.
Cooking
Remove plastic bag (netting stays in place). Place completely thawed roll in a non-stick or oiled roasting pan. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cover with foil and bake approx. 2 hours. Remove foil and bake an additional 15–20 minutes until golden brown. Baste with butter to help color and retain moisture. Internal temperature must reach 165°F. Let stand 10–15 minutes, remove netting, carve and serve.
