Redfish on the Half Shell — 4 Pack (9–11 oz ea)

Redfish on the Half Shell includes four pieces, each between 9 and 11 oz. These redfish filets retain the scales (half shell) so they can be grilled without falling through the grate. The product notes that fresh redfish are caught in the Gulf of Mexico.

To cook on the grill: mark the flesh side on the grill, then flip the fish onto the scale side and cook until just cooked through. Finish with a squeeze of lemon.

For added flavor, combine olive oil, garlic, chili flakes, parsley, mint, and basil and spoon over the fish before serving.
