Heating Instructions
- Microwave: Wrap one link in a damp paper towel. Heat for one minute on high or to desired heat level.
- Steam: Use about 1/2" water in pot. Heat until steam forms, reduce heat, place boudin in pot, cover and heat 2 minutes or until warm. Do not submerge in water.
- BBQ Pit: Roll in foil and heat on pit, or place directly on grill until casing is crisp.
- Oven or Skillet: Heat slowly until skin becomes crisp.
