Cooking instructions
All methods: obtain at least 160°F before eating.
- Microwave: wrap one link in a damp paper towel. Heat on high about one minute or to desired temperature.
- Steam: add about 1/2 inch of water to a pot. Heat until steam forms, lower heat, place boudin in pot, cover and heat about 2 minutes or until warm. Do not submerge in water.
- BBQ Pit: roll link in foil and heat on pit, or place directly on grill until casing is crisp.
- Oven or skillet: heat slowly until skin becomes crisp.
