Seafood Eggplant Dressing, 4 lb Bag

Frozen Seafood Eggplant Dressing in a 4 lb pouch combines eggplant, shrimp, crab claw meat and French bread with Parmesan cheese and seasonings. Thaw frozen bag in a cooler/refrigerator (33°–40° F) for 2–3 days; mark bag with date placed in cooler. If thawed, unheated and unopened, use within 7 days; if thawed, unheated and opened, use within 3 days. To heat: thaw product bag in cold water, add thawed contents into a greased deep pan and bake in a conventional oven at 300° for 1 hour 15 minutes or until golden brown. If heated and unopened and properly chilled, use within 3 days; if heated, opened, sealed and properly chilled, use within 24 hours. Hold product at 165° for 2 hours.
