Basic preparation
Combine 1 ½ cups water and 1 tsp salt (optional) in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add 1 cup Supreme Long Grain White Rice, stir, and return to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat and fluff with a fork. Cover and let stand 15 minutes, then fluff again before serving.
