Directions
- In a saucepan, whisk 3 tablespoons Tony Chachere's White Gravy Mix, 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup milk.
- Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
- Reduce heat to a simmer. Cook about 1 minute, stirring occasionally or until desired consistency.
- While cooking, sprinkle and stir to thicken gravies, stews and sauces.
